A monthly active user is any unique device that checks for or receives an update at least once in a calendar month. Devices that never connect to the Pushrift update endpoint are not counted.

We will notify you when you are approaching your limit. Updates continue uninterrupted — we will never cut off your users mid-month. You will be prompted to upgrade at the end of the billing cycle.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

You upload your signing certificate once (or use our managed signing service). Pushrift signs every artifact before upload and verifies the signature on the client side before applying any update. Tampered or unsigned payloads are rejected.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts on monthly plans. If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and then stops — no prorated refunds for partial months.
